On 10th November I placed an order from first cry Order ID 14072967SBS8637A58. As per order it should deliver with in 4 working days. Unfortunately it was not happened and waited around 3 weeks and raised multiple complaints though customer care number. But they didn't take any actions and usual apology talks only . Finally I canceled my order, still I didn't receive my payment again I spoke with customer agents telling as they already given which is wrong. And they are demanding my entire bank statement to raise a complaint against on this. Actually firstcry is really a frustrating and irresponsible E-commerce company. Since last 1-2 year I raised around more than 15 complaints regarding order and delivery but no hope.
