Dear Sir / Madam,
The issue that I have experienced was: I had raised a return request for 3 products from the order-7374735MOM9835C3D on 29th march 22 and the items was picked up next day.
I raised complaint seeing that the refund is not credited and the customer service replied me that it will be credited within 2 or 3 days. Its been more than 2 weeks, and I am fed of explaining the same things to customer care whenever I follow up the request.
The pick up status in first cry app is still like the items are not picked up.
It occurred on: 30/03/2022
I need the refund to be credited soon. Even after sharing the pick up executive name and mobile number no action is taken.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
