I purchased a product "Little Olive Double Deck Scooter with LED Lights Adjustable Handlebar & Lean-to-Steer Technology - Blue" from FirstCry.com under order ID 12050430HRZ3C583FC.
I initiated a return, and FirstCry confirmed that pickup was scheduled on 30/07/2025. However, till date, the pickup has not been completed. Despite multiple follow-ups by email, I only received assurances, but no actual action has been taken.
As per their own communication, once the pickup is completed, I am entitled to a refund of Rs. 1680.21. It has already been delayed far beyond a reasonable time.
This is causing mental stress and financial inconvenience. I request immediate intervention for either:
Pickup of the product and refund of Rs. 1680.21, OR
Direct refund since the company has failed to arrange pickup.
Attached is the email confirmation from FirstCry where they acknowledged the issue and promised refund after pickup.
