Firstcry.com — refund not received for my cancelled products after 2 months

I had ordered few baby products from
FirstCry.com on the 7th or February but Due to some issues I had to cancel it. I revived a email confirming that my refund will be credited to my account within 15-20 workings days. It’s been more than 20 days now and they haven’t credited it yet. I had lot of email conversations with the customer care people but every time my case is handled by some new persons and all of them keeps asking me the same stuffs and no one has a track of anything that is being handled by the previous person. They are just bluffing the customers by fooling them and by asking every new customer care person to handle the matter. When one case should only be handled by one specific person so they can keep a track record of the processing. This is too bad on firstcry reputation and clientele.
