Fri, Sep 30 and returned the product (Sun, Oct 2), but still i have not received the refund amount, called multiple times they have mention the amount will be credit to your payment method in 7 to 10 working days, but still not. Regards the same i had sent mails multiple time also shared my CC transaction details, and i spoken with customer care, still not yet received. today i called to customer care they telling that we processing your payment today and you will receive next 10 working days. this totally unprofessional and wasting customers time and energy
