The refund policy is the worst and very messy compared to other e-commerce vendors. I had a very bad experience recently. I initiated a refund and didn’t receive the money for 15days. After 15 days when i called customer care they asked me to send an email and they respond to emails only after 24hrs. They are saying they have transferred the amount but i never received it. Even after sharing the bank statement twice with the team they keep asking for bank statements in d following emails and all the team members are not in sync. There is no update even after a month n every time different person respond to emails and receive calls and ask for the same thing again and again. The worst thing is when i tried to call them recently they intentionally disconnected the phone 4-5times after interacting for 5minutes. Also there is no hierarchy to escalate problems.. Its really frustrating to follow up with customer care. I won’t recommend anyone to order online from their site.. Few of my other friends also faced same issue with the refund.
