This is a complaint regarding order no 12022636SAR0A3C010 of Babyhug Black Hawk Tricycle with Parental Push Handle & Storage Basket.
A damaged product was received. I ordered the doorstep assembly service also to assemble the cycle.
The product was packed and was not opened. The assembly service guy came and checked the cycle, he also reported that the product was damaged. Please see attached images of the faulty product:
I requested the replacement of the product and attached the image of the damaged product. Then Babyhug just rejected my replacement without giving any reason.
On contacting Firstcry support for the replacement and asking for the replacement, they confirmed that they will initiate a replacement for the faulty product. However, this replacement was never delivered to me and no one came to pick up the item as well.
After calling multiple times to Firstcry support and they promising me resolution by a fixed date which they kept on extending.
After following up on numerous complaints I called them and asked to pick up the product and return my money, they promised me a pickup and accepted the request, however as usual no one came to pick up the item. After waiting for a week for the pickup, I called Firstcry support again, now they said that the pickup is not available to my address and I have to courier the product to their address. This is ridiculous service of the Firstcry.
I ordered the product on 23 May 2022 and received the damaged product on 27 MAY, 2022
It has been 21 days since waiting. It is highly disappointing that Firstcry is doing this to a customer. They even bother with the customer's problem and never call back for assistance. Every time I have to call them.
