Hi FirstCry, Me and my wife have been ordering from FirstCry since last 6 years and have been loyal customers of FirstCry for our daughter. 3 Months ago we ordered a dress worth Rs. 1175 for our daughter on the occasion of Bakri Eid. The order was placed well in advance and the dress was to reach us before the festival according to the delivery date shown by FC. But, the dress reached us 2 days after Bakri-Eid. We placed the return before the deadline given. However the customer care executive told us that due to non availability of pick up service at the moment. They are giving us this false information every week, but till date neither we received any call, nor message nor someone came to pick up the product. Today we connected with the customer service where they are informing that the return will not be done. This is pathetic FirstCry! Firstly the mistake is of delivering late, secondly delay in pick up and keeping a loyal customer in dark, and lastly, having a audacity to say that pick up won't be done. We need our money back which is hard earned. If the pick up cannot be done, how the hell the delivery done to the same address? This clearly gives a very bad image of a brand like FirstCry. Kindly do the needful on this, as[protected] might not be big for FirstCry, but for us it is very big deal. In case if not, I will have to take it to social media and circulate the unprofessional practices followed by FirstCry to the general public of India. All the conversations of customer service reps are always recorded hence whatever inconvenience has been caused, is on records. The details of the order are as below:
