I have placed the Return request on time for Order No. 997629NXV18BD46 and also received the email that your return request is successfully placed.
When called to first cry customer care they said your return will not be picked up as due date has expired .
Spoke to Hartima and then Vasu from Customer care but they are not capable enough to resolve my queries and repeating the same thing again and again . Vasu was not connecting me with his senior as he was saying all lines are busy and kept me on hold for almost 30 minutes.
I have a proof of email from first cry .
They are not taking the responsibility at all of their product, very unprofessional behavior. I was on call with them for 2 hours on sunday since 9.00 am in the morning .
From nowonwards i won't buy a single product from firstcry, will delete the App even i would suggest the same to my friends and everyone.
Attaching the proof -firstcry has sent me an email that return request has successfully placed and now they are denying .
