Firstcry.com — Returned Order is Picked up , but status is not updated in the App

Team,
I ordered a product from Firstcry, but because of size issuses I have to return the order . The order got picked up the next day, but the executive has not updated it in the app, becasue of which my refund has not been intitated and I am getting regular calls asking when the order will be picked up .
