Firstcry.com — selling duplicate baby skin care products | |||
Recently purchased dove baby lotion one from local market (As i was running out of stock). Meanwhile ordered 2 (As it was in combo) from firstcry.com and that is then i realized something fishy the one ordered from firstcry.com. Attached snapshots for the reference. I could see that there was one sticker was sticked over another one on the back side of the lotion bottle. When peeled i could see another sticker which mentions made in europe. I don't think this is a genuine products of dove. Please look in this matter as it's a serious issue.. Spoke with firstcry.com customer support team they are saying that they don't have a quality check team. How can a baby product e-commerce company not having a qc team. Serious action needs to be taken as they are playing and doing r&d's with babies and infants skin. I ordered a Tricycle on20th of December and they sent a old cycle.
You can easliy make out by looking at the packing that its used one.
Packed very badly and parts missing. Its around 2 months and refund is not issued and nobody coming to pickkup.
Pathetic service. Dont go for it.

Please assist me for cancel my order 4533936RXC58BC923 which was placed on 4th February 2018 for 3 iteams of Rs. 1382.22 . No any option found for cancel orders on website as well on application. Thanks you
