I had ordered Avent Anti Colic Feeding Bottle Pack of 2 on first cry.com with order number 20463222ANA9671A9C and i received the product which is different from the one that is shown on their website. The volume markings on the feeding bottle are shown as transparently etched on the bottle in the website however, the product which they had sent has blue color markings for volume levels. I had highlighted the concern with firstcry with request id 55944197 and asked for the refund of the same but they have blatantly denied saying that it comes under non return policy. inspite of multiple follow ups with the company i dont get the refund and they keep on denying it. They themselves have agreed that the product description and the item shipped is having some change but they keep arguing that its not a major one. Below is the excerpt of the mail exchange i had with them
"As checked with the concern we understand that the product which you have received is with the blue color marking of the volume, however, over the website it is transparent, and on this, we would like to inform you that it might be the updated design of the product, however, we are unable to validate any other major issue with the product also as check that the mentioned product is a non-returnable product hence we regret to inform that the return/replacement of the mentioned product is not possible."
