Firstcry.com — Trying to return a product for more than 1 month.

Trying to return the item for more than 1 month. The pick up message is popping on my phone but im again getting a message that i am not available at the home by the end of the day. I called several times and raised complaint. FirstCry.com seems to ignore the fact that the item is not picked yet. I need my money right away or else I will persue this matter to social media.

I will not place any orders again with FirstCry.com and you are not the only baby product online shopping platform please remember that. Please refund my amount and take the item whenever you want.
