I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order and the poor service experience.

Order Details:

Product: Babyhug Most Advanced 5-in-1 Baby Cycle Mini Marvel Tricycle with Adjust
Order Date: 5th November 2025
Order No.: 39112980ULV7B2416

Issue:
The tricycle broke within 2 days of delivery, and I raised a replacement request on 10th November 2025. The scheduled pickup date was 15th November 2025, but the pickup person did not collect the product. Despite multiple calls, there was no response or update from the pickup person.

Further Action:
I raised another replacement request on 17th November 2025, but still there has been no update and no pickup. This delay is causing inconvenience and frustration.

Complaint Points:

Pickup person is not responding to calls.
No update from FirstCry regarding the replacement process.
Extremely poor service experience despite repeated follow-ups.

I request immediate action to:

Arrange urgent pickup of the defective product.
Confirm the replacement timeline.
Ensure better communication and accountability from your team.

Please treat this as a priority and resolve the issue at the earliest.
