I've placed an order on Firstcry.com on 10th November 2022 of Rs. 2148.10 and the order was cancelled by them with refund amount of Rs. 1676.07. The balance amount of Rs. 472 debited with the reason of "wrong product received in warehouse in previous order returns" that is completely wrong as return was initiated on 12th September 2022 and their delivery executive verified and accepted the returns as per the returnable policies. Indeed, I got return approved" confirmation message too and amount reversed. Although, didn't get any updated from First cry post that.
After a two months such unethically debited the amount from my next order and cancelling the cart is not accepted at all and misleading to the consumers.
