I have placed an order of Babyhug Cocoon Stroller via Firstcry app & it found to be a smaller in size which is not been fit to my Baby and request for replacement with higher size product. But support is diagreeing to replace/exchange with a comment saying only it can replace with same product whereas in product details it has mentioned of 7 days replacement and no where mentioned in firstcry replacement policies as it only can replaced with same product. Support is very unprofessional and not looking the issue on priority. Also one of support agent has accepted as its not mentioned and noted my feedback to make sure to update in policy.
Also i tried to replace the product with same product as the size mentioned in product details are not matching and they declared it support upto 0 to 36 months whereas my baby is of 50 days and his legs are coming out than how can upto 36 months baby use it.
For both the request, firstcry has cancelled it and making us fool. Complaint has raised multiple times via mail and call but no solution and they are behaving unprofessional.
I understand the replacement policy that's the reason i never asked for refund or return instead looking to replace under provided option but still no support provided.
