I have Order No. 9820568ZUOD1940FB with Shipment AWB Number:[protected] via Xpressbees ordered on 1st July and returned the same on 4th July. The pick up person verified the product and picked up.
Now on 21st August i have ordered 2 dressed from firstcry and they have cancelled saying we regret to inform you that the above-mentioned order was canceled by the system. As checked the system has detected that the wrong product was returned in the past, it is a completely system-driven activity with no manual intervention.
However, as you mentioned the correct product was returned from your end therefore we had already escalated the issue to our concern team for a confirmation of the same. And as per the update returned product is not matching with the ordered product so we can't provide a refund for this.
I wanted to say here that what is consumer fault? If the delivery person has not provided the right product at warehouse, why consumer is liable, since 3 years i am purchasing products for my daughter.
Further to this they are not returning the wrong product and no proof of wrong product given, I need my Rs 1300 and lost faith in Firstcry that they dont value and under tjeir customer Was this information helpful? |
