Firstcry — Exchange Pickup Done Today but Status Not Updated

I had placed an order on FirstCry (Order No: 11101010XEK9D84251) for a Kookie Kids Full Sleeves Padded Winter Jacket. I requested an exchange, which was approved on 13th September 2025.

Today, the pickup of the product has been successfully completed, but the status is still not updated on the app/website. This delay is holding up the replacement process, and I urgently need the exchanged product.

I request FirstCry to update the status immediately and ship my replacement product without any further delay.

I placed an order (Order No. 11101010XEK9D84251) on 28th August 2025 for Kookie Kids Full Sleeves Padded Winter Jacket (White). The order was shipped on 29th August, but the status still shows “Shipment Delayed” and now mentions delivery by 10th September 2025.

The shipment has been moving between Panipat, Gurgaon, and Delhi hubs for days without any progress towards delivery. This repeated delay is causing inconvenience as the item is urgently required.

I request the company to take urgent action, coordinate with their logistics partner, and ensure early delivery before the revised date. If this is not resolved, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities and consumer grievance platforms.

This is with reference to your response regarding my pending Order ID 11101010AXT28F1489 (AWB No.[protected] via Xpressbees).

Your reply does not resolve my grievance. As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the seller is legally obligated to ensure timely delivery of goods. Simply asking me to wait until the estimated delivery date is not a resolution — especially when the shipment is already delayed and no proactive update or assurance has been provided regarding its actual status.

Kindly note that I am treating this as a formal legal complaint. If the shipment is not delivered or a clear delivery commitment is not provided within 48 hours, I will be constrained to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and file a complaint on the Consumer Grievance Redressal Portal (consumerhelpline.gov.in) for deficiency of service.

I request:
1. Immediate confirmation of the current shipment status from the courier.
2. Definite delivery date and assurance of priority delivery from your end.

Please treat this as urgent and respond in writing at the earliest.
