Firstcry.com — re: your firstcry.com order no. 6568170rx820eb382, ordered 2 but only 1 quantity is delivered

I have ordered 2 quantity but only one quantity is delivered.
I am a regular customer at firstcry and this is really disappointing that order is not correctly delivered.

I have raised customer query and they said that it will get resolved in 2 days and 2 days are over now but still there is no response.

Very very bad service. I am not going to order anything from first cry now.

They are cheaters
