Flashcash — issues of refund - regarding

I have taken a loan for the amount of rs. 10000/- from flashcash vide loan id “8f7e171f-7286-4aad-a[protected]ec385bb” whose repayment date was 14 september, 2019.

I satyendra ray, my registered mobile no. Is [protected]. The above said loan was due for repayment on 14.09.2019, i had made the repayment on 14.09.2019 at 01 o’clock noon against the above said loan for the amount of rs. 10047.95/- (Rs. 10147.95 – 100 coupon applied) by using razorpay payment gateway. The payment of rs. 10047.95 was deducted from my sbi account vide transaction reference no. Qsbi[protected]igagzstmk6, but after few second it had been shown on my mobile screen “transaction failed”, and repayment was not success.

I have also raised complaints in this regard to the stat bank of india, razorpay merchant and flash cash also by email on same day.

Then, i was contact with flashcash customer support team on the same day for resolution of this caused, that his team was suggested me “the repayment should be paid on last 14.09.2019, otherwise will face penalty and also cibil will reduce”.

In view of my cibil, crif & penalty, i was made the repayment 2nd time on the same day i. E. 14.09.2019 at 30:30 pm (Approx) for the amount of rs. 10047.95/- by using razorpay payment gateway from my sbi account vide transaction reference no. Qsbi[protected]igagztret4, and the payment is confirmed vide payment id: pay_di2nlnt0e7qykj its confirmation was also received from razorpay merchant (Which is attached herewith).

The reply of my above said complaint has been received from razorpay merchant on 17.09.2019 wherein he has mentioned that “my payment of rs. 10047.95/- made towards flashcash has been successful vide payment id: pay_dhzrn7lrfeqhwt (Copy attached).

In view of the above it is clear that the two times repayment have been made against a loan id “8f7e171f-7286-4aad-a[protected]ec385bb”.

In this connection, a mail was written by me to flashcash on 17.09.2019 at 06:26 pm to re-aware this matter and also sent all evidence of two times repayment against a said loan with request for refund of first transaction which was made vide transaction id pay_dhzrn7lrfeqhwt.

But, no any action has been taken by flashcash and my refund of rs. 1047.95/- is still awated. The matter is already delayed by 16 days.

Therefore, you are humbly requested to kindly necessary direction may be issued to the accused company for refund against payment id: pay_dhzrn7lrfeqhwt to my registered bank account maintained by state bank of india a/c. No. [protected], ifsc: sbin0051249, aayakar bhawan rishi nagar, ludhiana as soon as possible.

In this regard, all relevant/supporting documents are attached herewith.
