why its happing .

My flipkart account is blocked as flipkart mentioned that due to high level of cancellation which is totally irrelevant because if a customer gets a wrong product or poor quality product this is my basic right that i can cancel that product and this is also mentioned in your terms and policy. I am a plus member my account is very old and i purchased a lots of product if this is your behaviour with old customer then flipkart is not doing well.yesterday one of your executive told me that my account is unblocked on or before 12 pm but this is not happen till now and i have call recording of that particular executive who gave me false information.My all address details invoice saved in my account and i need my details and invoice back as soon as possible.so kindly unblock my account.

My flipkart account [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with [protected]mobile number has been blocked without intimation from flipkart and they are extending the date of resolution for my order everytime without resolving the issues.

I have ordered flying machine jeans now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. I work for Ministry of Defence. How can they insult me. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank You...and i have raised the issue multiple time

Worst app ever.
I opt for the return and without any query they blocked my account.
How could they do this.
Without any information, how could they block the account of an certified customer.

I am a flipkart verified plus member customer but also we have 1 year 6 months relation but some day ago i brought some book from flipkart unfortunately books are damaged so, replace this now my account blocked by flipkart. But after contacting, them no resolution. Very bad experience. Not expect.

Please, take a effective step and activate our account our request.

Please verify this incident why you Blocked my Account, as per you High number of return purchase history which is totally unacceptable. Because I apply one return request in same day of receiving item mobile Narzo 20 ( victory Blue) which declined by you.

some points for for information below:-
1. Dated 15.06.2021 I ordered a Mobile Realme Narzo ( Victory Blue, 128Gb) bearing order id OD[protected], which price paid by me online 10249/- same date the (seller Super comNet )order conformed by mail/SMS.

3. Dated 21.06.2021 Receive the item from Ekart Tracking Id (FMPP[protected]) The Box was properly sealed no doubt this time so i receive, But after open the box i saw (64 Gb ) printed top on same mobile box & Invoice receive of (128 GB ) So I Confused and call to customer care executive and they told me to put return request, then i apply for return request.

4. Day by day one to 7 days goes by. I followed the customer executive when come to return but no one came to return the product or no any sms update send to me regarding return or replacement about the product so I waited a long time .

5.Date 03.07.2021 after return time goes one sms received from flipkart that sorry the seller is unable to fulfill your return request. then i follow customer care executive but no output get. only told me our concern team contact you but no one contact or no solve this matter . then i insert SIM in that Mobile phone you can check it for warranty covered purpose. all time i cooperate with flipkart team with kindly from 21.06.2021 to till date.

Now the Important thing is why my account is blocked last 04.07.2021 when i am Innocent, is struggling or telling about truth fact is wrong, why i have no rights to claim against fraud or cheat, then i fight against you for my right in Consumer Court now is it ok, You look deeply this a cheating case with me you Give me Invoice of 128 Gb but deliver item is 64 Gb,

Its unfair dear Flipkart team, i cantnot aspectation from flipkat toward last several long years dealing relation with me, its too much hurt to me toward long time journey with flipkart shopping all season all officer i order from flipkart. before not happen such a incident like this i cannot forget.

I have save all mail /SMS ? Call Records/Chatting from order date to delivery to complain raise date. than me your team is better knowledge and record update about this.

I Attached all proof and invoice copy for your future reference here please check it properly and take action as soon as possible either see you with my legal advocate in court.
