I have ordered 3 mobile to 3 different place to my brother, sister and collegue. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. I work for Ministry of Defence. How can they insult me. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account. Please check this. Thank You

I came to know today. Absolutely amazing policy by flipkart, they are a thief company, a third class company

Within minutes of receiving my order(Wildcraft sandal of size 9), I tried to replace my order for the next size (cannot believe, size 9 suddenly became small for me, obviously a defect/discarded sandal, only available on Flipkart). Return order button was available and I immediately pressed it but a message appears : "too many return items from this account" ( somewhat similar). Few seconds later... Bam!! Your account is blocked. It felt like I did a big mistake pressing that return item button. All I was asking for was to replace it with next size that too on the same day of receiving the order. And I don't recall of ever returning a single item. Now I am stuck with this ₹1k item that I can neither wear nor return but becoming useless. What's the use of activating my account after the return period is over, I guess pure foul play or cheating.

Samething happened with me. I think that now it is time to boycott Flipkart completely. So that they can realize the power of customers.
People should use other online marketplace or offline market even if product is selling at higher prices than flipkart.
It is cumbersome task to contact flipkart customer service and now i know why they have made this process so tough. They have no option to contact customer support team through chat. Email reply time is 72 hours and call back option sometime not works.
