Dear sir,
We booked 'yu yureka plus (moon dust grey, 16 gb) ' on oct 2nd 2016 and received the product on oct 4th. when we cross checked the product os, its not as per specification and we had put, request for replacement/return the product on oct 5th. we have mailed the details to flipkart customer care also. as per the status its marked as "return requested". but customer care executives are informing can't replace/return.
Actually its their mistake and we want to return the product.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as she said that she wants to keep the product with her as it has been informed to her that the pick up address cannot be changed so it has been a long time so customer wants to keep the product.
So closing the case.
