Flipkart — Already Paid FlipKart PayLater Due still shown Unpaid in my CIBIL

I had a flipkart Pay Later credit for a consumer good and I paid all my dues. The app says I have cleared all my dues but the CIBIL and IDFC Bank are still showing an amount of Rs.4997/- to be pending on a product that was returned and Flipkart said that the amount would be credited back to the Lender (Credit Card) and the account has been closed. This has adversely affected my CIBIL and affected my borrowing capabilities.

The Product was returned and Flipkart said the refund would be credited back to on Jan 04 2024
