[Resolved]  Flipkart — asus zenfone max pro m1

I am naveen from delhi i had very serious complaint regarding my order having order no. Od[protected] dated 26 jul 2018
I had purchase asus zenphone max pro m1 (6gb) in flash sale on 26 jul 2018, yesterday i get the delivery of it and after using it i got to know the camera quality of the phone. It had dual camera on back having 16mp+5mp with 4k quality video recording and front 16mp, but when i compare the picture quality with my moto g turbo (2014 edition with 12mp camera) and with nokia[protected] model with 3.15mp camera) it was too low.
So i call flipkart customer care for return yesterday itself. As a result today i get call for tech executive visit for inspection of phone.
When i raised my issue of camera and also told him to compare the image quality of asus phone with the phone i had in my position or with his phone (Redmi note pro), then the tech executive told me you cannot compare the camera quality of asus phone with other company phone. For comparison you should do it with asus phone only, this was childish statement made by him. Everybody in the whole world compare his things with others even the companies across the globe and that's how new product idea comes out for betterment of life.
I didn't asked him to compare the phone with samsung s7 or s9 or with iphone which was far superior than asus phone, i just want to compare with low or same budget phone. Even when i told to just click image or record video and compare with nokia[protected] edition with 3.15mp) along with asus 16mp +5mp camera he again told me the same thing {bhai i didn't asked to compare maruti 800 with audi car } instead he shows me the other complain of asus phone regarding its camera and tries to convince me saying that all the asus phone had same camera problem.

When i check the the flipkart app at 2:30pm it indicate me my return request was cancelled when i call back to customer care the executive she first said dito same thing as told by tech guy to me and hence my return request was rejected and inform me to take the phone to asus service centre.
Now question arises why would i prefer to repair my phone which complain raised by me with in 4 hour of delivery?

Why should i go to service centre?

What would about your's 10 days return policy? Is it fake just to attract the buyers?

Why would the flipkart not held liable for providing wrong information as my buying based on your flipkart app information?

Why flipkart indulge in wrong practice?

Again i raised the return request and waiting for your response.

Yesterday I got reply from Flipkart at night According to replied email it seems Flipkart totally relly only on the service engineer, if that's so then they should check the feedback sheet which was signed by me, in that job sheet I crisp and clearly mentioned of my problem which was not solved by his visit. Firstly they should check that sheet, moreover before cancellation of return they would contact me also, but they don't bother about that & failed about telling about 10 day's return policy in which they show up customer interest by writing no question asked.
