Flipkart — Bought Moto G3 | |||||
I bought a Moto G3 (order# OD[protected] from Flipkart that was delivered on Aug 12, 2015. A day later I locked a complaint as I wasn't satisfied with my phone's performance. The first time, their technical representative rejected my complaint without even hearing my problem and was very adamant about her 'facts'! I was not at satisfied with the call about which I complained again. I got another call from another of their technical representative who argued illogically giving a stupid reason. He asked me to go to Motorola service centre in Noida Sector 18, get it in written from them that there is issue with my phone and then they will lock a return complaint and process it. I was surprised by his rebuttal and reminded him that eCommerce companies operate on customer satisfaction, which they have been gravely missing. I was really let down by them. A few day's ago, one of my friends bought a phone (Infocus m810) from Snapdeal and faced the same issue wherein he wasn't satisfied with product performance. He locked in his complain with Snapdeal and they immediately issued a refund to his account. This is what we call servicing! No matter how the product is, if the customer is not satisfied, it has to be returned! No one is so idle that they will keep on playing this game of ordering and returning even if the product is fine. Flipkart is the worst site in terms of CSAT. Was this information helpful? | |||||
