[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancelled order twice without customers knowledge | |||||
I had ordered these items which got cancelled without my knowledge: 1.kiara Handheld Bag(OD[protected]SMS received on Oct 19th: we couldn't complete today's delivery of Kiara Hand held bag, and will be called shortly for further assistance which was not received at all and the item got cancelled and had to place a fresh order. 2.Leya Diamond Stud Analog watch for women: (OD[protected]delivery date: Oct 23rd : got an SMS message: we were unable to deliver this item on Fri 23 rd Oct, delivery will be reattempted tomorrow, Sat 24th Oct and this item was never delivered and had to place a fresh order as per the customer service request. 3.Oleva Women Casual, Party Multicolour silk clutch(OD[protected]:SMS message received: the item has been marked as Customer Rejected by our E-Kart executive. I couldn't understand the fact that when the agent was unable to deliver how could the item got cancelled automatically. Now after that when I placed a fresh order the item is out of stock. I would like to know who is responsible for this? For the above mentioned orders I got a SMS that they would be delivered before 7 pm but no one turned up for delivery.It continued like this twice and then I get a sms saying the items were unable to be delivered and thus got cancelled by their courier service(Ekart Logistics).I also called their customer service and they assured me that two of the items (2 and 3 ) would be delivered as per their Floor manager but I never received them at all. Then I was told to place a fresh order and nothing could be done with the previous orders.I have never experienced such kind of service before as I got all my orders delivered by Amazon and Shop clues but couldn't understand the reason for their failure of delivery.I also asked the representative if the following orders could be placed by them but they said that I only had to place a fresh order. I lost the hope of getting my products if ordered and I would think twice to place an order ever again on this website. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Dec 15, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and apologized for the order cancellation and informed that feedback has been taken and escalate the issue to concern team to sort out the issue in future orders. Customer agreed. Hence, closing the case
