Flipkart — Cannot avail warranty and also cannot connect with support.

I purchased a MacBook M1 last year during the end-of-year sale. A few days ago, I had an accident that caused some damage to the laptop's monitor. Fortunately, I have complete laptop protection from Jeeves Consumer Services. However, I'm unable to download the policy document as it keeps showing an error.

Additionally, I am unable to connect with Jeeves' chat support — there are no available options for it. The automated bot is also unresponsive and does not connect me to an agent. When I reach out to Jeeves Consumer Services, they keep directing me to Flipkart support, leaving me stuck without a resolution.
