[Resolved]  Flipkart.com — Inferior Product Sent by flipkart.com

Dear Friends, I would like to appraise you regarding the deteriorating condition of flipkart.com service. I recently ordered a Philips Iron Model GC 1980. The product I received was in damaged condition ( Sole-late was scratched) . On informing flipkart.com I was sent another unit with similar defect . We hope to resolve your issue at the earliest. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. [protected][protected]- What do they mean by seller has refused? Isn't flipkart.com my seller. If flipkart.com is my retailer how is it my concern who flipkart.com buys from. - Clear Proof that they don't take complete ownership of what they sell. [protected][protected]--- On writing the following review on their website do that other customers are aware of my experience : Review Title: Very Poor Packing Very Poor Packing: I ordered the product from filpkart. The iron was very poorly and shabbily packed, as a result the soleplate has a number of scratched on it, on asking for a replacement flipkart sent me another unit which was also badly packed, when I told them of the issue they said the sellar has refused replacement . It is really lame to see such a wonderful product ( Dint use it at all though but still looked nice and solid ) has been so poorly packaged by philips ( flipkart bubble wrapping on top of the philips packing was good . Even the soleplate was not protected. As per the complain riased by customer he want's the review to be listed on Flipkart, We have informed customer to wait till EOD and the review will reflect in the web site, Hence asked customer whether the case can be closed customer agreed.
