Subject: Complaint against Flipkart for delivering a defective printer and not resolving the issue despite repeated follow-ups.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding a defective product and extremely poor customer support.
On 24th April 2025, I ordered a printer from Flipkart (Order ID: [OD[protected]]) and received it on [Insert Delivery Date]. Upon unboxing and installation, I found that the printer was defective and not working. I immediately raised a return/replacement request with Flipkart.

Since then, I have provided all necessary proofs including photos and videos showing the defect, as per Flipkart’s requirement. Despite that:

Initially, they asked me to wait 4 working days, which passed without any action.
After that, they gave me a new date, again with no resolution.
For the last 10 days, I have been told "please wait for 24 hours" every day, which clearly shows negligence and delay tactics.
This issue has been pending for more than 35 days, causing me not only financial loss but also mental stress and inconvenience.
Relief Sought:

1. Immediate return or refund for the defective product.
2. Compensation for mental harassment and delay.
3. Action against Flipkart for unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.
I request the honorable forum to kindly take necessary action in this matter. I am attaching the following documents for reference:
