I am writing to express my frustration regarding a repeated issue with my recent orders of Navneet Youva Poster Colours from Flipkart. The product listing clearly states the quantity as 50ml, but I have received only a 10ml product on three different occasions.
Here is a summary of what has happened:
First Order – I received a 10ml product instead of 50ml. I returned the product and received a refund.
Second Order – I again received the 10ml product instead of 50ml.
Third Order – I placed a replacement request for the second order, but again received the same 10ml product.
Every time I contacted customer support, I was assured with the same line: "Don't worry sir, we will resolve the issue." However, the issue has not been resolved to date. Most recently, the customer support executive once again repeated the same line and asked me to place a fresh order, while marking the incorrect product for return.
Despite all this, the issue was wrongly marked as "resolved" in the Flipkart app, even though it clearly is not.
My concern: I believe the seller does not actually have the 50ml product but is still listing it as 50ml on Flipkart. In reality, they seem to only have the 10ml product.
It feels like a scam and customers are being deliberately misled.
I kindly request that Flipkart look into this matter seriously, ensure that misleading product listings are corrected, and take appropriate action against the seller. Please also ensure that I receive the correct 50ml product as advertised
