Flipkart — Damaged Product Received and Return Rejected No Resolution (Order ID: OD[protected]

I ordered a fan from Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected] which was delivered on 18th May 2025 in damaged condition. I raised a return request the same day with attached photo evidence.

However, Flipkart has rejected my return multiple times and asked me to contact the brand's service center, even though the product was damaged on delivery.

I also:

Spoke to customer support and a senior agent

Shared all proof via chat and email

Tagged Flipkart on Twitter

Filed a complaint on National Consumer Helpline (NCH)

But there has been no resolution or refund. This has caused mental stress and inconvenience. I request Flipkart to accept the return and issue a full refund immediately.
