[Resolved] Flipkart — Does not "take back" the product - insists on replacement | |||
On Aug/1st - ordered a Micromax 49 inch. UHD - TV. When I got the TV on 4th - did spend lot of time - checking out various features as mentioned on the product page. 1. Quality of the TV: Not really a 4k TV. Poor video quality. Not even proper 1080i/p with a decent Hz. 2. Takes more than 30 Sec to start. Very slow. Slower than the RAM specs given. 3. Crappy remote 4. No Dolby Tru Sound or DTS Codec support 5. The Google play services keep crashing - poor UI When I called Flipkart and asked them so take it back (I offered to buy another TV - like a Samsung or LG) - the declined saying that "there is only REPLACEMENT" guarantee - and that they can't take it back and refund money!! They are saying that you only read about the TV on the site and bought it. It's your fault. We can't take it back. Please help me by making Flipkart take the TV back and refund my money.
