It's been one year, still, Flipkart is working on my issue! How funny!

Actually, I bought a phone from Flipkart back in 2017, and then, I got after using the phone for 5 mins that it has some display issue.

I contacted Flipkart and after so many efforts, finally, Flipkart agreed to give me my replacement.
I was happy and relaxed.

Then the day came. on 28th of July, 2017, I got the replacement.
This is the main story, the main whole issue is regarding this replacement.

When I got the replacement, normally I started to unboxing the phone, but suddenly I got the feeling that the packaging was not like fresh, seemed used/refurbished alike packaging.

After finishing the unboxing, I got that the phone is bent! Yes! Flipkart sent me a bent phone! Another time Flipkart sent me a damaged product! Even as a replacement!

I was scared and angry as well, so even before turning on my phone, I went to call them. I told that representative everything and then he said that I could even have a refund or replacement, as i got damaged replacement, i can have any one of them if I want, either replacement or refund by returning the original item. So, I was happy, I said yes sir I need the refund. He asked me if I need it in my wallet or on my Bank account, I told him that I need the money on my Flipkart's PhonePe Wallet. He told me that its done, I will get the refund within 24 hours after picking up the return, and the return will be done by tomorrow (29th July). So I dropped the phone and I thought everything will be fine.

I got no notification regarding the pickup or return or refund etc nothing!

I was surprised! Anyway, no one came to pick up my phone next day, nothing about the refund as well.

so I called every day after that, every time I was getting stories that Flipkart is working on that issue, please wait for 24-48 hours, etc.

Then I got fake promises too many times from a company like Flipkart! Lots of executives told me that the return pickup has been arranged and it will be done by 1 day, 2 days etc, The refund will be reflected on your wallet soon etc

Nothing happened, Flipkart all the time gave me fake commitments, and I had to use that bent phone for no reason! They sent me that and they were behaving like I did something wrong! They didn't even judge my request, no engineer came to check my phone! It was their policy but no! They did nothing!

One day, Flipkart blocked my account by saying my account has too many return requests that's why.

So tell me, what was my fault? They sent me the damaged faulty product and then they blocked my account? Where is the refund? Where is the pickup? Their commitments?

Why would I use this bent device? and the phone came to me in a used like condition! So what about the refund? Everyday Flipkart told me that I will get the refund and then one day they blocked me! WOW!

And after that, when I called them a few weeks later gapping, they says that i wont get refund nor replacement as the account is blocked and the return period gone! OMG! SERIOUSLY? Flipkart it self blocked my account while my return request was pending and the blocking happened for no reason, and then period? i told flipkart right after unboxing that i need replacement, flipkart it self asked me if i need refund or not then i told that i need refund! So even after 1 year, yes i need refund! Take this phone if they want. I need refund. I am not complaining about this after 1 year, i did 1000+ times from the day i got the item in my hand.

Flipkart cheated me! HELP ME! I NEED MY REFUND! PLEASE! HELP!

Few mins ago i was talking to a senior excecutive, Could not remember his name though, he just put my call on hold because i was asking some questions and he could not give the answeres! He was saying i cant have refund because the period is gone for replacement and refund, but it was flipkart who cheated me and delayed! not me! It was flipkart who took time! I raised the request right on 28th july! I am clean from my side, i need justice, i need refund! tired of same stories! Everytime they call, they tells me stories and nothing happens!

Day before yesterday i got call from Flipkart, as i issued complaint on another consumer forum, and we talked a lot, and then he also could not giving me answere so he said that he will call me again within some few mins, and he never called me again! It's a joke? I need my refund, i paid whole money, why would i suffer? i need my money back, thanks.

Customer raised a complaint for replacement product as he has received dent mobile and want refund to be process. We interacted with customer and apologies for the same and informed customer that due to high number of return and cancellation, return is not possible as his account is blocked hence closing the case.
