I orderded a product macbook air from flipkart that was dead on arrival i told flipkart to replace it inital they denied but after soo many call and email they said we will provide replacement for the product now ekart courier guy wants doa seal on product coz of that they are replacing the product again callled flipkart they provided anthor date for soltuion till now 22 days completed and i have not recived anything really fade up from flipkart customer promises one date and one that day they just mail you are reachable to your phone even though i have not recived any call

    I am a valuable flipkart plus customer of flipkart from last 6 years, where i had received a lot of good and valuable products from there.

    From the last 3 months i had started to purchase fashion items from there but i don't know what's going on with flipkart that they never do any quality checks before shipping fashion items to customer.

    I had purchased a lot of fashion items but only few were good. So i raised either exchange/return request for these defective items whether my mindset was to purchase them. But i received defective items again and again in case of exchange.

    Then finally i raised multiple return request.

    I had never missed any flipkart payment because my all orders were prepaid and in case of 'pay later' i did all the full payment on time.

    But now flipkart has blocked my account without any warning or prior intimation and now i am unable to do any shopping or raise any item related requests.

    Few latest items which were delivered to me are also defective/ size issue/ not meets my requirement. I want to return these but due to blocking of my account i am unable to do this.

    I am trying to follow up with flipkart cc team from last 1 week for the same issue but i am not able to get any resolution yet. Always they are providing me same repeated response which frustrates me every time.

    I don't know whether my account will be enable or not. But this is my worst experience with flipkart and frustrating support to a valuable customer.

    @higher management: please help me in that case and unblock my account.

    I want to return few defective items of delivered orders, so please allow me to do this.

    Otherwise let me know what i do for these defective or poor quality items and i will be unable to pay, pending payments of 'pay later'.

    And there will be my worst experience with flipkart all ever.

    Again i am requesting you to please enable my flipkart account.

      My self subhan i have ordered fossil men watch for 5706/- on 14th of september 2019 and was delivered by 16th but the pracel was packed with different watch and at the down side of packing box was damage. I have raise the refund request on the same day but till now i didn't get any update from flipkart. Coustmer service says wait for 24hr till know i have waited 96hr. Please solve my issue.

        I purchased a new brand product oppo f series and paid a good amount. When i received the product, there were photos o[censored]nknown person and the back side of the mobile started coming out just after 2 days of purchase. When checked the warranty online on oppo website, the warranty was already been expired just after 2 of purchase. How is it possible that the warranty is been expired until some has purchased it and then warranty gets activated. Informed flipkart about this for replacement for used and damaged product, they were just making me fool that they are investigating and finally received a mail stating that replacement has been rejected. What is all this? Spoke to the muliple agents daily but only i get resolution that i will get response by 24hrs by respective team but unfortunately didn't get any response and this being happening from the last 10 days. Every agent says the same thing and it gets extended. I am not understanding why flipkart is not providing replacement for the product. Flipkart is worst.

          Unfortunately i made a purchase from flipkart (Wrong decision) and the product was faulty. It was taken back by the seller and even after almost one month the amount is not refunded. When i talked to the customer care executive he asked me to wait for another four days. Till date the amount is not credited.
          Purchased a preeti mixer grinder by august end. Received a defective product and the refund was initiated showing amount will be credited by 16 september. On 18th i called the customer care executive and he was very rude in behavior. He told me to wait till 21st september. Till date i have not received the money. I think this is a trick by flipkart to hold the customer money for rolling. Mine was 2500 inr & imagine if they hold such funds from around 100000 customers for some months. Such fraud ant activities must be brought to public and attention of ministry of commerce asap. I would like to move legally and if any one who has similar experience can join me. Let us fight against corruption.

            I was trying to buy mac book on 15 sep at the time of purchase i used online payment cod is not available. At that time 50000 debited from my account flipkart customer care suggest me to wait for 8 days now 8 days are completed even after 8 days my money is not revert to my account not even order placed. The order shows failed to place. And still money is not refund to my account

                Hi my flipkart account has been blocked most humbly and request fully i want to say that myself shiv prakash and my flipkart id was blocked and i have 1044 super coins and about 300 or 400 super coins are on the way.. And big billion days are coming so it’s a very big problem because i only order my products for my house need or my daily needs (So now a days how can i order from flipkart) and u have mail me that i returns products, if i order products in high amount and the products that are delivered me are defective aur missing. Then i can’t refund it or replace. If this then why you give returns back policy to coustmer. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible and i am also flipkart plus member from previous 2 years so i will request you to unblock my flipkart i’d thank you

                I have complaints here bt reply by flipkart is I sent u in an image, actually I want to say that if the message that is mention by flipkart is that I returns many products, bt I want to say if I am not satisfied with the products then why I accept, otherwise I order approx maximum products on flipkart u can check and I have also 1044 supercoins and I also have 300-400 super coin are on the way . Sir u can’t aspect that how much I order from flipkart but why my account is blocked I am very confused about this

                  Hi team,
                  I was booking a flight through flipkart app on 11th september 2019, while booking at the payment page transaction showed failed but the amount got deducted from my sbi card.
                  I reached out to flipkart customer care and it was asked to drop an email to [protected]@flipkart.com. I did the same and also tied reaching out to flipkart travel help number - [protected].
                  Each time i call them they said they received an email and will reply with an acknowledgement to that email which never happened yet, further they confirmed that in case of failed transaction the amount will be reverted back within 5-7 working days.

                  I didn't receive any refund yet. While reaching out to flipkart travel help number i was told that the matter is escalated and when asked it was mentioned that they do not raise any ticket or incident id.

                  Could you please look into the issue and assist?
                  I have mentioned the transaction details of the account from which the payment has been maid.

                      Not expected such breach of trust from reputed company.                         I ordered 400 grams california almonds with flipkart and paid an amount of rs.435 they my debit card at the time of ordering. I was informed that delivery would be on 9th september. However as neither the item nor any communication was received from flipkart, i followed up and was told that delivery would be effected on 13th september. I kept checking the order status on the flipkart app and was shocked to see the status as "delivered" on 12th september, though no delivery was made. I immediately took up the issue through the call facility and was told that the issue would be resolved by 18th september.in spite of my repeated calls and email detailing the issue, and request to return my money if they were unable to supply, the item has not been received till date and no communication regarding delivery nor refund of money has been received from flipkart.

                            I m supriya. I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 17000 in market but their offer says the price of redmi note 7 pro for rs.2021.

                            I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their...

                            Sir i was ordered htc wildfire x mobile with order id od[protected] on 22nd august and mobile was hanging initial itself then return requested on 31st august but they are saying refunded on 23 august how it is possible sir without returning how they credit the amount. I already checked credit card statement but no refund amount reflected and at the same time the above amount was converted to emi how it's possible. Please do the needful.

                            Sir today I was contacted Flipkart customer care they are saying it was not in our hands to take return now saying contact Brand owner it means HTC company like this they're saying. All these days they saying we will rectify your problem, now they saying simply not in our hands. Please solve this problem as early as possible, almost 20 days passed away.

                              I have ordered for carrier 1.5 ton 3 star split ac - white order id-od[protected]
                              And ketocip shampoo 2% w/v (Pack of two) 200ml order id - od[protected]. I have cancelled these two products but till now i did not recieve my money and flipkart website it has been shown that refund completed.                                   The screen was defective. While receiving a call the screen flickers, we have video evidence. We have been trying to requesting for return for the past week and there was no such technician visited us and rejected the replacement. We need return or replacement for the product.

                                    Order delivered on 12sep19. Request for an item return raised on 13sep19. Resolution target date was 16sep19. Four follow-ups done, requested to wait 24-48 hours everyone i call, as back end team is working on a solution. More then a week to just return pickup a product and refund? This is 2nd experience with flipkart. Perhaps a bonus of being flipkart plus customer. This service would certainly take flipkart to heights and places, only downside.

                                      I have contacted about my refund more than 150 times, but no one is looking in to my complaint. Due to flipkart tech error i have to make payment of 3124 twice. When i contacted flipkart they confirmed they have received amount twice. But they are not initiating the refund. This issue is going from 3 months. I cant explain my frustation. I just want to kick flipkart like a footaball.
