Hi team,
I had received apple iPhone XS MAX on 06-Sept-2019, inside flipkart package as following issues
1. Wrapper of phone box open
2. Phone already on inside package
3. Charger unable to plug socket. Outside charger provided.
4. Outside India SIM inserted
5. SIM PIN device missed in box
6. When I changed SIM card from JIO, then phone activation error comes on screen and try to activate and failed.
7. Invalid SIM card message displayed. After that I updated software from connection of WIFI but same issue persists.
I don't know, why this wrong product delivered by flipkart. I verified after purchased of product from customer care. They assured me, that is flipkart assured product.
Customer care didn't reply valid answer. Request you to please help for same.
