Hi team,
I was booking a flight through flipkart app on 11th september 2019, while booking at the payment page transaction showed failed but the amount got deducted from my sbi card.
I reached out to flipkart customer care and it was asked to drop an email to [protected]@flipkart.com. I did the same and also tied reaching out to flipkart travel help number - [protected].
Each time i call them they said they received an email and will reply with an acknowledgement to that email which never happened yet, further they confirmed that in case of failed transaction the amount will be reverted back within 5-7 working days.
I didn't receive any refund yet. While reaching out to flipkart travel help number i was told that the matter is escalated and when asked it was mentioned that they do not raise any ticket or incident id.
Could you please look into the issue and assist?
I have mentioned the transaction details of the account from which the payment has been maid.
