Flipkart — Flipkart is not accepting return and refund request

Hello sir,
I have purchased a office chair product at flipkart. As it is having the quality issue, comfort issue and noice isssues i have placed the return request. When i placed the return request technician visit has been scheduled and he came to my house and re installed the product. But still it has quality and comfort issues and noice issue as well.
And it doesn’t have the reclaining option to the chair but it has mentioned in flipkart.

So ia have placed the return request again, again technician visit scheduled.eventhough it has scheduled technician cannot fix the comfort issue quality issue and reclainer issue because it should come up with product design only.

So i requested to flipkart to accept my return refund request but they are saying only they will accept after technician confirms but technician cant fix the quality and design.

So i requested you to involve here do the justice for me.
