Flipkart — Flipkart product not delivered emi charged no support from customer care

I ordered a Perfect Homes dining table from Flipkart (OD[protected] on 8th May 2025. The expected delivery date was 10th May, but the product has still not been delivered. It is now 19th May, and I have contacted Flipkart's customer support multiple times with no resolution.

The customer care team repeats the same scripted lines without any real information. The tracking ID doesn't work, and the Flipkart app still falsely shows delivery expected by 15th May.

To make matters worse, the order has now been converted into EMI, even though the product has not even been delivered! I had a 4-day window to stop the EMI, but Flipkart’s delays and lack o[censored]pdates left me with no choice.

This is mentally exhausting and financially unfair. I demand that Flipkart either:

Deliver the product immediately, OR
Cancel the order and refund the full amount including EMI conversion charges.
This is not the first time I've had issues with Flipkart's Perfect Homes brand. Previously, a sofa was delivered 22 days late. I feel helpless and extremely disappointed by the repeated negligence.
