[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart Refrigerator replacement big billion scam | |
I had ordered a Samsung dual door refrigerator (order no : OD[protected] in exchange of my old Lg refrigerator, for which flipkart offered me an exchange amount of Rs 3650, which was supposed to be deducted from the actual product cost. On the day of delivery, the executive came empty handed, to check my old fridge, took almost 45 mins, looked all sides and corners carefully and told that my refrigerator is not up to the standard as there are rust on the surface. Although my fridge was fully rust free, no dents fully functional. I have attached a video for your reference. The delivery guy told me that I have to pay extra if I want to purchase the new one. Which really pissed me off, I literally cleaned the all surfaces with detergents to show that those are just dust stains and nothing old, the fridge was 6 years old and it is expected atlist some minor dust stains to be there. I really did not expect such rudeness and burglary from a reputed company like flipkart. I have purchased several things from Amazon also in exchange offer, but never saw such unprofessional-ism. Now when I browsed into this forum, I got to know so many people across the whole country have faced the same issue many times. Whoever seeing this post, never fall for the flipkart big billions scam, and dont ever expect solutions from their customer care team, they are just sitting their to let you know the status of things that you already get to see from the app, and those illiterate delivery guys are gods for them, what ever they say is bible to them. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the reference number (6332768320306446206099, 6332774729506219806093) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
