[Resolved] Flipkart — Had cleared all my dues but not giving me statement of my Cardless credit | |
I had used my Cardless credit from flipkart in[protected] i had cleared 80% of my dues after that there was technical problem in app i complaint many times through mail and chat but there was no response from there side.Recently i had to buy a car i applied for loan and my cibil shows pending payment. Cardless credit was provided by Indiabulls Dhani. I again called them regarding issue but still no response from them nor Indiabulls Dhani. Nor they are solving the technical issue in the app. I had to pay again the amount paid to Flipkart to Indiabulls Consumer Finance to clear lpending payments showing through paytm with Loan account number showing in my CIBIL report.please do needful i need noc at urgency.
