[Resolved]  Flipkart — mobile number change without otp from old phone

I was trying to get a call from flipkart customer care from last 1 week but not getting a single call because the number i updated is not active .

i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart accoun

Not getting any help/support from flipkart . Could you please escalate my problem

Further, I'm facing an issue with an undelivered order, and an email sent to me mentions that they have been trying to establish contact with my earlier phone number which is inaccessible. Hoping to resolve both issues as soon as possible.

I have the same problem. My old contact number is [protected] which I no longer have access to. I want to update my number to [protected]. Email address associated with my account is [protected]@gmail.com
