[Resolved]  Flipkart — mobile number change without otp from old phone

Facing the same issue I do not have my old number

I have lost access to my of old flipkart registered mobile number because of which i am unable to recieve OTP on my previous number and hence i cant update my account to new number. Please help me @flipkart

I had an account with a number tat has been lost and when I get otp to change the number. It sends otp to both the numbers in order to change the password.
Kindly fix my issue.

I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

I am not using my registered flipkart number [protected] and my mail ID [protected]@yahoo.in now.
I have switched to my new number [protected] and mail ID yasmin.[protected]@gmail.com
I am unable to make changes in my account
Every time otp is required for the same
