I am raising a serious complaint against Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. regarding four grocery orders that were falsely marked as delivered even though I never received the products.

Issue Summary:
In all these cases, the delivery agent called me, confirmed the delivery, and then never arrived, but still marked the order as delivered.
On 15 May, I spoke to the delivery agent after he marked the orders as delivered, and he admitted he had the packages but didn’t deliver them.
On 5 June, the agent called and confirmed he was on the way. I said I was available, but again, the order was never delivered and falsely marked as delivered.
Threatening Incident:
After one of my complaints, a Flipkart senior executive arranged a conference call with the delivery agent. The agent asked for my number, disconnected, and later called me directly and threatened me for complaining.
I reported this to Flipkart, but they claimed they do not have any option to take complaints and considered it only as feedback. No action was taken, and the same issue occurred again.
Flipkart's False Statement:
Despite clear proof that delivery agents had my packages, Flipkart closed my complaints saying:
"Order cannot be fulfilled by the seller due to unforeseen issues."
This is false and misleading. The packages were clearly in the delivery agent’s possession and were never delivered intentionally.
My Losses:
I needed those products urgently in April and had to buy them from nearby stores at higher prices, losing Flipkart discounts.
I faced mental stress, threats, time loss, and identity misuse, as someone marked orders as delivered in my name without proof of delivery (no OTP, no signature, no photo).
Relief Requested:
Compensation of ₹6, 000 for financial loss, stress, and harassment.
Strict action against the delivery agent for threatening and delivery fraud.
Flipkart must correct the false delivery status of all affected orders.
Written assurance from Flipkart that such actions will not repeat.
This is a clear case of delivery fraud, identity misuse, and negligence by Flipkart and their agents. I request urgent redressal.
