I bought a 3 Seater recliner from them and within 4 months o[censored]sage the foam has lost all its elasticity. They claim in the website that all the products are certified and tested for highest durability but all of that is ### and the product is a cheap import from another country. When i wanted to claim warranty for that they said since its a quality issue they will not even repair my product and i lost my money. Paradoxically, state machinery don't lend ears even on specific complaints. God save the thousands of customers like me deeply hurt and affected by the wicked/unethical acts of such shameless eCommerce entities here!
