[Resolved] Flipkart — Not delivered lenovo k3 | |||
I have ordered lenovo k3 on 15th july 2015.My order no is OD[protected].I was given delivery date on or before 22 july.Flipkart has cancelled the order without prior information and i was told that the courier service(Delhivery) does not have service in hyderabad pincode:500049.I have received many products from delhivery before.I have called flipkart twice, initially they informed product will be delivered before 22th july, later the informed that i have to place a fresh order, this is not fair as i have not cancelled the order. Verified Support Jul 22, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and told him the postal code is not serviceable hence the shipment was not delivered to her, to place fresh order for same customer agreed hence closing the case.
