Flipkart — Not get refund after product already reached to seller

I have ordered on 09may 2025 yumbite walnut karnal on Flipkart which delivery successful on 14may 2025 and on same I return both the product on different time and delivery collect both the product but I get only one refund of product rs 380 but second product refund cancel after complain on 16may 2025 which I complent to flipkart customer care executive on 18 may 2025 they assure me to take action till 20may 08:11pm but no response from Thier side, my credit card bill pending rs 380.
