[Resolved]  Flipkart — not providing invoice

I have ordered nokia 6.1 plus on the month of september 2018 for my wife it got delivered on 15 september 2018 after that on the month of october i have ordered samsung glaxy edge when sale was going on and i have converted the amount into emi as there was option to do so through "bajaj finserv card" so i did and ordered went successfully. After 2 to 3 days i got a message that your order got cancelled, so i didn't bother because i have ordered the phone for my friend. Since then till now i am not able to log into my account i don't know why?. Called customer care got the information that "i am done some irregularity of payments method because of that my ordered got cancelled and i will be no longer able to login in flipkart" so i am not bother about that i informed that guy to help me with my previous order invoice because my nokia 6.1 plus is giving some issue. I have explained these issue to several agents of "flipkart" customer care even spoke to senior his name was "rahul" none of them help me. Now my question is what i have done wrong here did i fraud "flipkart" or looted them seriously very very very bad experience with this bloody company "flipkart" they chit people with there duplicate products and customer stratification don't matter to them. Please please look into the matter.
