Flipkart — Order Replacement | |||
My Flipkart Order ID is OD[protected] I have placed an order of "ASUS ZENFONE LASER 2" on 2nd sep & got delivery on 10 sep from "FLIPKART" Since 11 sep I m trying to replace my cell But due to FLIPKART'S weird replacement policy I couldn't even place my replacement order They are asking to install app for replacement by making a call after 1 day After installing the app, it ask for PIN for PIN you they are again asking for 2 day working time for calling again to provide PIN How can they take so much tume of customers . Totally 3rd class policy & waste o[censored]sers time . . Amazon is much better than flipkart They have refund me in 4 day & FLIPKART have not even accept my replacement order in 4 day . . I think After this hell procedure I think FLIPKART'S 1 month guarantee is going to elapse in following Such a lenghthy procedure Instaed of this they should have accept the product & check whether there is any fault or not (as per constomer have discribed) & repkace it only after theey are fully satisfied Till now my replacement order is not placed Please help me out from this Kind Regard, . i am also facing this type of problem. I tried returns request for my samsung galaxy J7, due to issue in hearing speaker during calls .flipkart service executive call me back and ask some fake app telling it is smart check app.god knows it works to detect the genuine problem.somebody please help me how to tackle this problem.my product is under 30 days replacment warrenty.
