[Resolved] Flipkart — product delayed and no information from flipkart side | |
I ordered a laptop on 29th september and today is 16th october.. My laptop is still not delivered... I ordered laptop in big billion days from flipkart despite having huge sale on amazon as well and made mistake of trusting flipkart over amazon.. Now the sale is over and i dont have a latop... Daily i have to waste my time contacting flipkart support and begging them to tell me where my laptop is... All they say is higher authorities have been informed and someone will contact within 24 hours... Noone has ever contacted me.. I am taking flipkart to consumer court for this Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We would like to inform that the seller has confirmed that the order is delivered on 22 Oct 19.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
