[Resolved] Flipkart — product refund | |||
I ordered the product but my bank account is closed. So how can i receive the refund. I use phonepe gateway. Registered no-[protected] Email-[censored][protected]@gmail.com Order id-od[protected] Payment-697 (Received 125 in phonepe wallet) Order id - od[protected] Payment-1650 (1414 rs suppose to be refunded in bank account) I will complain this issue in consumer court. Verified Support Jun 08, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding product refund, we have interacted with customer and informed refund is completed from the seller end. Customer agreed hence closing the case from our team.

I was supposed to receive a jbl headphone on Thurday the 24th. I wanted to give it to someone who is going out of town tomorrow. Today is Friday the 25th. I thought I could trust you but you've dissapointed me, again. Thank you.

Sir it why do u all use large plastic bags for sending small products . Sir i am your one of your customers . Everything is good but one thing i Dont like is that u use plastics for sending everything sir i humbly request u pls stop using it for sending products . U can use paper bags for sending products to your customer .
