[Resolved] Flipkart — Product with manufacturing defect. | |||
Dear Flipkart grievance team, I had purchased a Nokia 43" UHD TV from Flipkart, on 17th March 2021. The tv had started showing significant connectivity and sound issues within the first few months. The service support technicians came and changed the entire motherboard. After changing the motherboard, premium apps like Amazon prime Netflix and zee 5 are not working at all. I raised the issue with the Flipkart support, the social media team of Flipkart, however there is no resolution for the same since past 1 week. Every time I contact the tech support, they tell me that they have assigned technician, please be patient, they will contact. However I have not recieved any updates. Upon contacting the technician from my end, they say that we have asked to the Bangalore office but they haven't responded to the mail. Sir in 3 months of purchase I have reset rebooted formatted the device more than 10-15 times, sometimes the Google speak button stops working, sometimes the apps malfunction, sometimes there are sound issues, I am completely fed up with the product. Upon being extremely patient, I have not recieved any resolutions from any of the support team, hence I wrote a very stringent but honest review, which was censored by Flipkart review team. I have been harassed by the service team for a week, I am unable to view the content that I have paid for.
